How quickly is a cloud server deployed?
Your server is created automatically as soon as its first invoice is paid, normally within a few minutes. Access details appear in your client area.
Which operating systems can I install?
Popular Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and Fedora. You can rebuild a server with a different image at any time from the console.
How is billing handled?
Services are prepaid, monthly in advance, in Jordanian dinar. Upgrades such as a resize, extra volumes or floating IPs are quoted before you confirm them.
Can I resize a server later?
Yes. Choose a larger plan from the Resize tab; the price difference is calculated for the remaining billing period and applied once paid.
Are backups included?
Snapshots are available on every server. Automated daily backups with seven restore points are an optional add-on.
